Workspaces

The "Workspace" focus tabs of TAPEAR will allow users to review non-patient specific work and tasks. They can be visualized as the "to do" folders where lists are kept of things to do - messages to be acted on, referral lists to be reviewed, alerts that are assigned to them and a place to manage their settings.

Different workspaces will be added for each role that a user has.

Under each role based focus tab will be a collection of function tabs that will vary based on the role. Therefore, there will be My Workspace focus tabs for each of the defined roles in TAPAS. Initially these will be:

• Clinicians
  • Doctor / Nurse (these will be the same)
  • MOA
• Administrator

Doctor Workspace

The physician workspace provides a location for MD users to access messaging, manage active referrals and alerts that are assigned to them, manage the groups that they are in and adjust their settings.

Admin Workspace

This focus tab is available to users who have an administrator role in TAPAS. They are given the ability to manage user accounts, groups, roles, etc.

MOA Workspace

The MOA workspace provides a location for MOA users to access messaging, management of active referrals and alerts that are assigned to them, shared specialist management and adjust their settings.
